Guests will circulate around three tasting stations featuring fine wines poured by your private sommelier. Each station offers two wines paired with beautiful food and grazing boards that enhance the wine's flavors. Guests can socialize and return to the kitchen for more food and wine at their leisure. This event is perfect for satisfying a variety of wine palates.

Six wines are served, with each tasting being around 2 ounces. If all six wines are tried, it is 2.4 standard drinks.
The wines are chosen according to a chosen theme, or Randi can curate a mixed flight with a wide range of palates in mind.
The wines range in quality from every day sippers to wines that are truly special.

Each wine is perfectly paired to food that bring out the best qualities of the wine. These can include cheese, canapes, crostini, antipasto, charcuterie, and sliders.
Randi designs all of the pairings to match each wine, and every event is unique.
We cater to guests with food allergies, restrictions, and preferences.

Tasting stations are ideal wine tastings for 10-30 guests. Please reach out directly for a quote on larger events.
All guests must be of drinking age in the province the party is held. Minors will not be served, nor are able to attend. Everyone is subject to ID checks at the discretion of Randi.
** If children are present in the event space, they must remain in a separate area.

TIMING
Guests are never rushed at a Paired Event! Tasting stations usually last between 2-2.5 hours. Please have your own glassware on hand if you plan to serve beverages at the event.
LOCATION
Paired Services the entire Southern, Ontario area.
Travel is included up to 50 km from Hamilton, Ontario. Travel beyond 50 km radius is $0.55 kilometer round trip from Hamilton, Ontario
PAYMENT
You will be electronically invoiced via the Freshbooks Platform when you have confirmed the event details. You are able to print this invoice if you choose.
Etransfer and major credit cards are accepted.
A $200 non refundable deposit is required to hold your event date. It is credited to your invoice total upon receipt.
LEGAL
Hosts must agree to the release of liability policy as stated HERE.

13-24 guests: $2050 + applicable taxes
24-30 guests $2600 + applicable taxes
