Savor six curated premium wines, each expertly paired with a complementary appetizer-style dish. Guided by your private sommelier, this immersive tasting is perfect for both seated and standing events. This experience is far more immersive than your typical wine tasting and it will leave you with an elevated appreciation of wine.
The Simply Paired Experience
Starting at $950
Six wines are paired to six artisan cheeses with the full private sommelier experience. These wines are approachable and represent signature styles from across the world. You will feel like an emerging wine expert after this tasting.

A full service Private Sommelier experience
Glassware and flatware
Full set up and take down
WHAT YOU PROVIDE
A table large enough to seat your guests with chairs. It must be completely empty for all of the glassware, wines and food.
Some fridge and counter space for food preparation.
GUESTS
Prices are inclusive for up to 24 people. Contact us directly for larger events.
TIMING
Wine tastings usually last between 1.5-2 hours.
LOCATION
Paired Services the entire Southern, Ontario area.
Travel is included up to 50 km from Hamilton, Ontario. Travel beyond 50 km radius is $0.55 kilometer round trip from Hamilton, Ontario
PAYMENT
You will be electronically invoiced via the Freshbooks Platform when you have confirmed the event details. You are able to print this invoice if you choose.
Etransfer and major credit cards are accepted.
A $200 non refundable deposit is required to hold your event date for The Luxury Paired package. The Simply Paired experience requires full payment at booking.
LEGAL
By paying any part or all of the invoice balance you agree to the cancellation policy and release of liability policy.
